In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price and issue a full refund.

By placing an order on our Site, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraudulent activity, pricing errors, or stock unavailability.

We ship to all serviceable addresses across India. Shipping timelines and charges are as described on our Shipping Policy page.

While we make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated time frame, delivery dates are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, courier disruptions, or high-volume periods (festivals, sales). We are not liable for any losses, damages, or expenses arising from delayed deliveries.

Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery, subject to the conditions listed in our return policy. Certain items such as earrings, customised products, and sale items are non-returnable.
