Return & Exchange Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority. Here is everything you need to know about our return and exchange process.
Return Window
We accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed since your delivery, we are unable to offer a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the request must be initiated within this window by contacting our support team.
Conditions for Return
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused and unworn.
- It must be in its original packaging, including the jewelry box, pouch, and any protective material.
- All tags and labels must be intact and attached.
- The item must not show any signs of damage, alteration, or wear.
- A proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) must be provided.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Earrings — for hygiene and safety reasons, all earring purchases are final.
- Customised or personalised items — any jewelry made to your specific requirements or engraved with personalisation.
- Sale or discounted items — items purchased during promotional sales or with discount codes are non-returnable.
- Gift cards — gift card purchases cannot be returned or redeemed for cash.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us through any of the following channels:
- WhatsApp: Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and reason for return.
- Email: Send an email to hello@orchiddreams.com with your order details and photographs of the item.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to ship the item back to us. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- Please note that it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to reflect in your bank account, depending on your financial institution.
Shipping charges (if any) paid at the time of the original order are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges subject to product availability. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, variant, or product:
- Initiate the exchange within 7 days of delivery using the same contact methods listed above.
- If the replacement item is of a higher value, you will be required to pay the difference.
- If the replacement item is of a lower value, the difference will be refunded to your original payment method.
Exchange requests are subject to the same conditions as returns. The original item must be unused and in its original packaging.
